In Paper Mario: The Origami King NSP ROM, the Mushroom Kingdom faces a strange threat: King Ollie is turning the kingdom’s inhabitants into origami figures. This adventure for Nintendo Switch takes Mario and his new friend Olivia on a journey through colorful environments, solving puzzles, battling enemies, and trying to save the kingdom.
The Mushroom Kingdom is under threat from Origami! Join Mario and Olivia as they battle the terrifying Origami Soldiers, repair damaged areas, and try to save Princess Peach’s castle from King Ollie’s clutches. This fun and exciting adventure is exclusive to Nintendo Switch.
Battlefield System — PAPER MARIO: THE ORIGAMI KING NSP ROM
Fight against Origami Soldiers in unique arena battles where you can strategically deal maximum damage to your enemies! Outside of battle, Mario can interact with the environment in specific areas using the power of his thousand weapons: he can shoot, fly, punch, and perform other actions. Join Mario, Olivia, and their friends on an adventure filled with humor, excitement, thrilling challenges, and plenty of origami.
Paper Mario: The Origami King is the sixth game in the Paper Mario series, part of the Mario franchise. The story follows Mario and his friends on a quest to stop the Mushroom Kingdom from turning into origami. To do so, Mario must destroy the five decorative flags that adorn the kingdom and save Princess Peach’s castle.
Gameplay — PAPER MARIO: THE ORIGAMI KING NSP ROM
Players control a paper version of Mario and explore a linear open world designed to resemble paper and cardboard. The primary objective is to destroy five origami flags that have been created by the main antagonist, King Ollie. Throughout the adventure, Mario follows each of the five flags, leading to vast areas to explore. These areas also contain puzzles that players must solve in order to progress through the game.
