About This Game
Yoshi’s Crafted World NSP ROM is a side-scrolling platformer game for Nintendo Switch. The eighth major installment in the Yoshi series, it was announced at E3 2017 and released worldwide on March 29, 2019. Embark on an all-new Yoshi adventure in a world made from everyday objects like boxes and paper cups! Play as Yoshi and jump high, devour enemies, and hunt for treasure to find all the collectibles. You can also explore new perspectives and uncover the coolest hidden items by playing levels upside down.
The game received generally positive reviews and became one of the console’s biggest hits, selling 1.11 million copies worldwide in just three days. The game follows Yoshi on a quest to collect the scattered gems of the Wishing Stone, which can grant wishes before the comic and baby Bowser.
Gameplay Mode
In Gameplay Mode, where 3D characters move on a 2.5D plane, the player can also move and interact in three dimensions. You can move forward and backward through parts of the levels, and throw eggs at scenery, foreground objects, and background objects.
The gameplay is similar to previous Yoshi games: the player can use Yoshi’s tongue to eat enemies or other objects, turn them into eggs, and remove them from the level. The game features a two-player multiplayer mode where each player controls their own Yoshi.
Story Mode
Unleash your creativity! Solve puzzles and overcome challenges by finding different ways to interact with the world of everyday objects. You can also play some levels upside down to discover new perspectives and cleverly hidden objects. Challenge a friend in two-player cooperative mode. Join a friend or family member to explore Yoshi’s world anytime, anywhere on your Nintendo Switch.
